2. Appointments & Walk-Ins

  • Walk-ins are welcome during business hours.
  • Appointments may be offered for faster service.
  • Service times may vary depending on part availability, device condition, and workload.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept major payment methods available in-store.
  • All sales are final unless covered under our warranty policy.

4. Device Condition & Customer Responsibility

By leaving your device with us, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner or have permission to authorize service.
  • You understand that pre-existing issues may affect service outcomes.
  • Devices with liquid exposure, structural damage, or prior third-party work may have unpredictable results.
  • Customers are responsible for backing up data before service. Device service may involve risk of data loss.

5. Limited Warranty

Most services include a 30 Day limited warranty covering:

  • Component defects
  • Workmanship issues
  • Touch/display malfunctions related to installed parts

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after service
  • Cracks, pressure damage, or bent frames
  • Liquid exposure
  • Software issues
  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized third-party work

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
  • We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes beyond what is stated in our warranty.
